Es gibt acht Kumbhakas: Suryabedha, Ujjayi, Sitkari, Sitali, Bhastrika, Murcha und Plavini.<\/p>\n<p>Gut, also das sind die acht Kumbhakas. Man kann sie einteilen in verschiedene Kategorien. Zun\u00e4chst mal die k\u00fchlenden: Sithali und Sitkari. Dann die erhitzenden, die erweckenden: Ujjayi, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-vidya.de\/Bilder\/Galerien\/Surya1.html\">Surya<\/a> Bedha und Bhastrika. Das sind die erhitzenden oder erw\u00e4rmenden. Und dann gibt\u2019s schlie\u00dflich noch die sonstigen: Brahmari, Murcha und Plavini. Eine einfache Form von Murcha ist: Luft einatmen, Luft anhalten, Bandhas machen, und wieder ausatmen. Plavini ist: Luft in den Magen reinbringen. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.yoga-vidya.de\/yoga-anfaenger\/wirkung-von-yoga.html\">Wozu<\/a> das gut ist, k\u00f6nnen wir gleich noch lesen. Also diese acht \u00dcbungen werden als die Mahakumbhakas bezeichnet.
